Step:
Step 1: Separate the letters with scissors.
Step 2: Put the letters into the place fixing tool to set different contents you want.
Step 3: Let place fixing tool press at the fondant/cookie to print your design contents on the fondant/cookie.

Return

1. Buyers must contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.

3. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. For all return

products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.In all cases, buyers pay shipping

fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for

the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
