Operation:
Step 1: Insert the bottle onto the wooden base and attach power.
Step 2: Add 10-15 drops of essential oil along the interior wall of bottle and put on the lid.
You may need to adjust the O-ring on the lid to make sure it is sealed tightly.
(Note: Do not let the oil overflow the built-in spray head)
Step 3: After 15-20 minutes working, oil will be diffused to around 20-30 square meters space.
Step 4: Clean the bottle thoroughly by medical zlcohol before changing to different kinds of essential oil.
Notes:
1. The diffuser can lasts more than 24 hours, it is recommended that work each "2
hours" to rest 1 "hour" if want to extend product life.
2. Glass tube only join the pure essential oils incense, attention to not to join water,
base oil and unknow essential oil, because it can avoid jam or damage the glass tube.
Adding chemical synthetic oils, but also increase the harm of human health.
3. Suggest to clean glassware per weekly, soaking with neutral dish detergent to clean.
Please be careful when cleaning, do not get directly the tap, so as to avoid thrust capillary.
4. If long time not to clean, or use the essential oil of unknown, is likely to cause capillary jam.
This situation occurs, please add 3 ~ 5 cc medicinal alcohol can be solved.

Return & Exchange

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 15 days of their delivery date.
1. Please note that we don't accept returns after the 15 day time frame.
2.Our items that must be returned in their original condition.
3. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way.
4.To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items.
6. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
If you need to return the items please contact us to get the return address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week after we receive your return information.

What is not accepted for return?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swim wear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies,and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

We cannot offer refunds on items with broken hygiene seal. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use live chat or contact us by SUPPORT@Elvesmall.COM. if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.

Refund

Returns will be processed within 3-5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
